You can return your order for defective goods within 14 days after receiving it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must return the item with all invoice copies, the package undamaged, the product not used, undamaged as a result of a usage error, all accessories, the reason for the return and shipment tracking code by sending an e-mail with your order number email@example.com.
Since the products on our site are offered for sale with a limited number of stocks at the relevant campaign prices, in some cases, changes cannot be made. Exchange transactions are made on the basis of number/size only if the stock is available. Cross product change is not possible. The number of changes allowed for the same product is limited to two.
The returned product price is processed within 10 business days of the products arriving at the warehouse, after compliance with the return conditions is verified. For credit card payments, depending on your bank, your refund may take up to 10 days to be reflected on your credit card. It is not possible for emrenewyork.com to intervene in this process. The shipping costs of the products are deducted from the refund amount.
You may be able to cancel your order as long as the order is not shipped. If your order is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be canceled or returned.
Applicable duties and taxes imposed by the Customs and Revenue authorities in the destination country are not included.
